Great success for our company: In the scientific study by the SZ Institute (Süddeutsche Zeitung) in collaboration with Creditreform, we received it in black and white – Weberei Hohmann is one of the most economically stable and future-proof companies in the state. In the final ranking, we achieved an outstanding 106th place.

Hard facts instead of image: How it was evaluated

What makes this award special is that it is not a subjective jury decision, but a purely data-driven analysis. The experts at Creditreform analyzed hundreds of companies based on their balance sheet data, financial substance, and long-term crisis resilience (the so-called Probability of Default).

The hurdles were extremely high: Of the 456 companies analyzed in advance, only 166 ultimately made it onto the exclusive top list. The fact that we were able to position ourselves so strongly in this demanding economic environment fills us with great pride.

A success for the entire team

This placement is the direct result of the hard work of our entire team as well as the long-standing, trusting cooperation with our customers and partners. It confirms that we are on the right track with our quality-conscious and future-oriented focus.

As part of the 'Fit for work' apprenticeship training grant, we receive funding for our training positions from the ESF (European Social Fund) in conjunction with the Free State of Bavaria.

This specifically helps a medium-sized company like ours secure the future through homegrown, skilled specialists.

For example, our apprentices are offered additional subsidized support through advanced seminars and courses, ensuring they successfully pass their demanding exams!

Funding where it is meaningful and important—this is a prime example!

This autumn Hohmann made investments, in total 1,5 Million €.

12 new high quality twisting machines and 6 new looms and Jacquard machines each are now working in our plant.

Those new machines from Ratti, Dornier and Stäubli show the creed of Hohmann, high quality goods only come from high quality equipment.

One of the looms is rapier machine nr. 55.000 of Dornier and we celebrated this anniversary together with Dornier representatives.
