Investing in our apprentices
As part of the 'Fit for work' apprenticeship training grant, we receive funding for our training positions from the ESF (European Social Fund) in conjunction with the Free State of Bavaria.
This specifically helps a medium-sized company like ours secure the future through homegrown, skilled specialists.
For example, our apprentices are offered additional subsidized support through advanced seminars and courses, ensuring they successfully pass their demanding exams!
Funding where it is meaningful and important—this is a prime example!
New investments for the future
This autumn Hohmann made investments, in total 1,5 Million €.
12 new high quality twisting machines and 6 new looms and Jacquard machines each are now working in our plant.
Those new machines from Ratti, Dornier and Stäubli show the creed of Hohmann, high quality goods only come from high quality equipment.
One of the looms is rapier machine nr. 55.000 of Dornier and we celebrated this anniversary together with Dornier representatives.
